Powder coating:
Lacking (Qualicoat label quality):
Length limits of 5.000 mm to 8.200 mm.
RAL 9010 Spanish, RAL 9010 foreign, 9016, 9001, 8019, 6009, 1015, and the rest of the RAL and non RAL colours.
Our quality is certified by Sea Side quality label.
Anodizing (Qualanod label quality):
Length limits of 2.000 mm to 7.000 mm.
Electro Colouring up to 25μ.
Physical Treatment: sandpaper matt, polished, polished up and gloss.

Maximum length profile: 7.000 mm
Maximum profile wideness: 225 mm
Maximum profile tallness: 230 mm
Machining:
SPECIAL COUTS:
Cutting Tolerance + -0.5 (in depending on the geometry of the profile can be adjusted to + -0.3).
Measurement of maximum cutting bar 6.000 mm.
Cut with grades from 0 - 135 º.
Machining Centers
CNC (5 axes, 4 axes) of last generation.
From 50 mm. 500 mm wide and 350 mm high.
Machining tolerances + -0.15.
Measures maximum machining bar 6.500 mm.
PUNCHING
ASSEMBLY:
There are custom packaging each product.
BENDING
Laser cutting: For special shapes on plate (up to 8 mm thick).
CUTTING WITH WATER:
For special shapes from sheet metal.
WELDING
Welding robot-welding. And .tig .mig
Delay:
Extrusion + treatment: several weeks whatever is the finish. Wood imitation and anodise could be a week more, depending on the quantities.
Deliveries just in time.
Consignment stocks. Buffer stocks.
